This Website Is Information — Not Counseling
The content on this Site is provided for general information only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care, and reading it does not create a counselor-client relationship. A counselor-client relationship is formed only through our intake process and a signed services agreement.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or misrepresent your identity in forms or communications.

Scheduling & Client Portal
Appointment scheduling is handled through a third-party client portal (TherapyPortal). Your use of the portal is governed by the portal provider's own terms and privacy practices. Counseling services themselves are governed by the service agreements and policies you receive as part of intake, not by these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not imply our endorsement.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Confidential health information created in the course of counseling is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA).
