What Counseling With Krysta Feels Like

What Counseling With Krysta Feels Like

She starts with your story, not your symptoms.

Krysta’s deepest desire is to get to know you as an individual: to understand the specific arc of your story and honor where you have been.

You will feel the difference in the details.

Careful attention. Genuine enthusiasm. A counselor who notices the things others miss, because the details of your story matter.

Every session is built around you.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach at CFC. Krysta draws on a rich toolkit of evidence-based methods and uses creativity, humor, and somatic techniques to reach people where they are, including youth who may be reluctant or resistant to the process.

The goal is thriving, not just surviving.

This is more than symptom relief. Krysta helps you move toward something more than just survival; she wants her clients to thrive.

“You are so cherished. Let’s make space for you to see who God made you to be.”
