Let’s Find a Time.
The first step is simply a conversation. Krysta would love to hear where you are, what you are carrying, and what you are hoping for.
You don't need the perfect words or a tidy explanation of what’s wrong. Pick a time that works for you, and come as you are.
What You Can Expect
To feel seen.
Krysta pays careful attention to your story. The details matter, and she will notice them.
To be met, not judged.
Wherever you are in your faith, your relationships, or your sense of self, you are welcome here.
To do real work.
CFC is not about feeling good for a session and then sliding back. It is about the kind of growth that actually changes things.

Common Questions About Starting Therapy
-
Your request goes to Krysta through TherapyPortal’s secure scheduling system. You’ll receive a confirmation once your time is set, along with any intake paperwork to complete before your first session, so your time together can start with your story instead of forms.
-
That is a fine place to start. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to reach out, and “even just curious” counts. The first session is simply a conversation about where you are and what you are hoping for. If a different kind of support would serve you better, Krysta will say so and point you in the right direction.
-
Yes. Sessions are available in person at the Sioux Falls office and online anywhere in South Dakota through secure, private video. Online sessions are the same care without the drive.

Rates and insurance details live on the Fees & Insurance page, and your right to a Good Faith Estimate is explained on its own page. If cost is a concern, say so early. It is a normal question, and it is better asked than carried.

No pressure either way. Send a note, look over fees, or read how Krysta works first. The door is open whenever you’re ready.
