Care should be reachable. We want every visitor, including people using assistive technology, to be able to read our pages, learn about counseling, and request an appointment without barriers. If something on this site is hard for you to use, we want to know, and we will help you get what you need another way in the meantime.

Our Commitment

Christian Family Care is committed to making christianfamilycarellc.org accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished project.

Measures We Take

  • Color combinations across the site are checked against WCAG AA contrast standards;
  • Pages use semantic headings and a logical reading order for screen readers;
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them;
  • The site is navigable by keyboard, and text can be resized in your browser without loss of content;
  • We review new pages and content against these standards before and after publishing.

Known Limitations

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party providers — including our scheduling portal (TherapyPortal) and embedded forms — whose accessibility we do not fully control. If any third-party feature is a barrier for you, contact us and we will make sure you can schedule, ask questions, and get information another way, including by phone.
